The only way to come a little close to him
is to love him sincerely and give oneself unreservedly to his work. Thus, each one does his best and contributes as much as he can to that transformation of the world which Sri Aurobindo has predicted.

Never forget that you are not alone. The Divine is
with you helping and guiding you. He is the companion who never fails, the friend whose love comforts
and strengthens. The more you feel lonely, the more you are ready to perceive His luminous Presence. Have faith and He will do everything for you.

To “My little smile”, one of the first children admitted to the Sri Aurobindo Ashram; she came at the age of fourteen. Little smile worked formany years embroidering clothes for the Mother and later became one of her personal attendants. She began writing to the Mother at the age of seventeen.
